1. Booking and Payment

Deposit and Balance
A deposit of £20-£50 per person is required to secure a holiday (amount depends on the package booked). All deposits are strictly non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the arrival date as stated on your confirmation invoice. No reminders will be sent, and non-payment may result in cancellation and loss of monies paid, although we will make efforts to contact you.

Confirmation
Booking confirmation and invoices are issued once payment is processed. These terms become binding immediately upon confirmation. Email confirmations should arrive within 24 hours; postal confirmations within 5 working days. It is the customer's responsibility to check all details including passenger names, room allocations, price, and pickup points. Contact us promptly if confirmation is not received.

Holiday Prices
Prices are correct at time of publication but may change prior to booking. Once booked, the price is fixed regardless of future promotions. No refunds are given if a discount is offered later.

Right to Cancel
Both Blackpool Promotions Ltd and the customer may cancel a reservation within 48 hours of booking. We reserve the right to cancel in exceptional circumstances and will offer an alternative holiday or a full refund.

2. Travel Arrangements

Coach Travel
Return coach travel is available Monday and Friday from £40 per person. Coach seats are not pre-allocated and are first come, first served. Please be at your pickup point 20 minutes before departure. Missed departures are the customer’s responsibility.

Departure times may change. If so, we will notify you. For those with walking difficulties, front seats may be requested but are not guaranteed. Coaches do not accommodate wheelchair-bound guests or large mobility scooters (only small, foldable scooters with detachable batteries). Scooters must not be charged in rooms.

Train Travel
Train travel starts from £60 per person. Scottish customers arriving at Preston will be provided with a minibus transfer; English arrivals usually go to Blackpool North or Preston. Details will be confirmed. For accessibility assistance, contact Avanti on 08000 158 123 with your ticket number.

Luggage and Parking
All luggage is carried at the customer’s own risk. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Where hotel parking is available, use is at the customer’s risk.

3. Accommodation

Hotel Assignment
We aim to honour your hotel choice, but changes may occur. You will be assigned a hotel of equal standard if necessary. Room types may be changed to match occupancy levels. Larger rooms booked for fewer guests may be downgraded.

Room Types

  • Double = 1 double bed

  • Twin = 2 single beds

All-Inclusive Breaks
All Inclusive packages include breakfast, tea/coffee all day, a four-course evening meal, selected drinks (1pm–10pm), bingo books (for first bingo session each night of stay) , travel passes (refundable deposit required) and cabaret entertainment. Management may alter times/schedules without notice.

Check-In/Out Times

  • Check-in: from 3:00pm

  • Check-out: by 10:00am

  • Early check-in (from 12pm) and late check-out (until 12pm) available for £15 per room (pre-book only, subject to availability). Room types may be changed to suit occupancy.

Hotel Accessibility

All guests must manage stairs in emergencies. Lifts are maintained but should they fail, guests must be able to use stairs. Requests for low-floor rooms or specific room numbers are noted but not guaranteed.

4. Children and Special Requests

Child Prices

  • Free: under 2 years

  • Half Price: 2-12 years (when sharing with two adults)

Bookings made with incorrect child/adult ratios will be corrected and you will be notified.

Special Requests
We try to honour requests (low floors, lift level rooms, etc.) but these are not guaranteed.

5. Cancellations and Changes

By Guest

The customer may cancel a reservation within 48 hours of booking.

 

Changes (e.g. names, departure points, dates, or hotel etc) are allowed up to 7 days before departure, thereafter the following apply:

  • £40 per person without cancellation cover

  • £12.50 per person with cover cancellation

Cancellation Without Cover
No refunds or date changes.

Cancellation Cover

Cancellation Cover @ £10 per person protects you up to 72 hours prior to departure due to illness (doctor’s note required). Refund = full payment minus deposit and premium. You may change your date once (within 1 year). Refunds are made via cheque within 28 days.

Cancellation Charges With Cancellation Cover

  • 28+ days: Loss of deposit

  • 27–14 days: 50%

  • 13–7 days: 65%

  • 6–1 days: 80%

  • On departure day: 100% charge

By Blackpool Promotions
We may cancel a reservation within 48 hours of booking and in exceptional circumstances reserve the right to cancel in exceptional cases. We will offer an equal or better alternative, or full refund.

6. During Your Stay

Travel Passes
If included in your package, collect at reception on check-in. A £10 refundable deposit applies (Royal Seabank Hotel Only). 3 or 7 day passes are available. 4 night stays receive a 3 day pass. Additional passes from £16.50 per person please see reception (Royal Seabank Hotel Only).

Complaints Procedure
Raise issues with reception immediately. If unresolved, ask for the Duty Manager. Still unresolved? Call Blackpool Promotions while on holiday. Post-holiday complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days.

Behaviour and Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund for behaviour deemed offensive, dangerous, damaging or safety concerns. You may be charged for damages using the card details provided.

Stag and Hen Parties
We do not accept stag or hen groups. Undisclosed group bookings may be refused entry.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Privacy Policy

The website www.blackpoolpromotions.com.com is a trading name of Blackpool Promotions Limited ("Blackpool Promotions", "we" or "us") and we are a "data controller" for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. This means that we are responsible for, and control the processing of, your personal information

Marketing Communications
We may contact you about holidays, offers, or services. You may opt out at any time.

Website and Email Privacy
We use cookies and tracking software to improve our website. No personal details are captured without consent. Emails may contain surveys or marketing content. You may unsubscribe at any time.
