Grand National 2020 – 3rd April

Dear Guests

We hope you are looking after yourselves and staying safe during this dreadful outbreak of Coronavirus Covid-19, this virus is affecting everyone’s life.  

Following the announcement by the Jockey club & Aintree racecourse to cancel this year’s race meeting. We understand this is disappointing to those looking forward to this annual weekend festival of racing.

Advice regarding non-essential travel however remains uncertain and unspecific. As such we are awaiting further official guidance from Government, as advised by the Chief Medical Officer at the press conference.

In the meantime, we will continue to service our loyal holiday customers, until we have further specific and actionable guidance. As you would expect, we are monitoring the situation constantly and carefully. However, if you have any symptoms of coronavirus or have been in contact with anyone showing symptoms then please follow the government advice to self-isolate for 14 days. 

We kindly ask you NOT to call the office, the office will call you over the next few days to discuss your booking.

  1. Transfer your booking to Grand National 2021 – guarantee your place for next year at the price you paid this year
  2. Transfer the value of your booking to a future date.

Aintree have confirmed that they will process ticket refunds within 14 days, to Request a refund – any guest not choosing any of the above options is asked to email Hello@blackpoolpromotions.com
