Cancellation Insurance: Blackpool Promotions cancellation insurance protects you up to 24 hours prior to your departure in the unfortunate event of illness. Our cancellation insurance also allows you to change the date of your holiday once with no administration fee to a later date within 1 year of your original departure date on a like-for-like holiday. We strongly recommend that all guests have adequate insurance cover to protect your holiday payment - failure to take out cover could result in losing a significant amount of money paid.

Subject to you informing us no later than 24 hrs before your departure date, and in due course forwarding a confirmation from your doctor that you are unfit to travel due to illness, we will refund the cost of your holiday, less your deposit and insurance premium. Alternatively, we can arrange another holiday at a later date with any additional cost being paid by you; if the cost of your replacement holiday is less, no refund will be given.

If you require a more comprehensive insurance policy, you should take a private policy. If you have private insurance (e.g. Annual Holiday Insurance with your bank), you will be required to claim any losses incurred by cancellation from your insurance provider.
