HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We are pleased to offer you our in-house cancellation insurance to protect your holiday payments in the event of you being unable to travel owing to illness.

Subject to us being informed of your cancellation no later than 24 hours before your departure date and in due course receiving confirmation from your doctor that you were unable to travel due to illness, we will refund the cost of your holiday, less your deposit and your insurance premium.

Deposits are £30per person except Christmas and New Year which is £50per person.

If you prefer we can arrange an alternative holiday break at a later date with any additional cost of the alternative holiday being paid by you or refunded by us if the cost is less.

There is a £10 per person administration fee for this service.

The cost of the insurance is as follows:

Three, Four, Five or Eight Day Breaks	£5.00 per person
Christmas and New Year Holidays	£10.00 per person

Please note: Children receive free insurance when adults take out cover.

The above is not compulsory but we believe that many of our customers will prefer the safeguard offered.

Please mark the booking form accordingly and add the premium amount to your deposit.

If the insurance option is taken all members of the party must be included.

If you do not understand any aspect of the cancellation insurance offer please ask our staff to explain further before booking.

If you do not arrange for cancellation insurance the following cancellation charges will apply:

Cancellations Occurring	Cancellation Charge (As a % of the total holiday cost)
28 days or more before departure	Deposit only
27 to 14 days before departure	50%
13 to 7 days before departure	65%
6 to 1 days before departure	80%
Day of departure	100%

The above scale complies with that recommended by ABTA.

Please note: If you require a more fully comprehensive insurance you should take this out privately.
